Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to make it right—either with a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Contact us before your order ships. Once it’s out the door, we can’t cancel it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We’re not responsible for packages once they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Info

We ship from Canada with care and monster-speed (okay, maybe more like regular postal speed). Here’s how it works:

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as it’s shipped. Sometimes you get tracking and sometimes you don't.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Domestic Orders: Usually arrive within 3–10 business days.
• U.S. Orders: Usually arrive within 3–15 business days.
• International Orders: Typically take 2–4 weeks depending on location and customs.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers: you’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes your country may charge. We can’t control delays caused by customs.
